Flavoured Salt (50g)

All the organic trimmings from kimchi making, fresh herbs and roasted garlic from our garden all dehydrated naturally in Malden sea salt crystals and smoked sea salt. The slow process allows the flavors to infuse in to the salt, creating a fabulously aromatic condiment. Equally flavor some to marinate meat or veg and makes a lovely finishing salt for any meal.

This recipe may use a variety of herbs or salad veg, and both skins and ends of onions and garlic. Both of which are highly nutritious and flavoursome.
