True English Sourdough, made from traditional and heritage grain from Bruerne Farms in Oxfordshire.


The term ‘Heritage’ means a variety of wheat, rye, barley and oats that were grown before the introduction of intensive, scientific plant breeding in the early 1900s.


Our ancestors grew genetically-diverse ‘landrace’ crops that adapted to soils conditions, without the use of pesticides.


This flour, is stoneground, nutrient dense and has no fortifiers additives or additions. Grain meets stone and goes straight into the sack!
